Wrapping up production on these stories from @northcentralcollege and looking forward to sharing them at our lecture Thursday. Noon-1 in Goldspohn Room 20. Free pizza, too! Classroom visit with international students to talk about navigating cultural differences and finding joy in the journey. Turkey, Japan, Chile, USA and Taiwan in the frame. Over the course of the day, almost 70 people stopped by our studio to share stories of how they have made an impact on others and their community. There’s an odd balancing act we have to do with the horrors of the world. Sometimes it feels like we have to compartmentalize things to make it through the day. Sometimes it seems like a daily act. Got the #americanstories exhibit installed at @northcentralcollege this afternoon. #studioday tomorrow! @levsocialimpact You’d think we woulda turned there… Next stop, North Central College where we will work with the Leadership, Ethics and Values Program. Installing our American Stories exhibit tomorrow and looking forward to a week of programming! Pouring through options with our book designer and imagining what our next one is going to look like. #bookdesign #writing #picturebook #journal #lessons #peace #lessonsontheroadtopeace #apeaceofmymind “I don’t regret one day in my life. Not one. 90 years and I wouldn’t change a thing.
