Reviewing old transcripts of some of the first interviews for the project as I write today and finding new gems of wisdom. This from Fred Baron, a Holocaust survivor, during our interview in 2009. “We are responsible for our fellow men and women. We share a responsibility towards the unfortunate wherever they are and have an obligation to try and better their lives.”
