What a treat to have coffee and conversation this morning with @marina.canta founder of @forgivenessproj. Her work of using storytelling and images to build healing in the world has long served as encouragement and inspiration as I have developed and grown @apommstories. Dealing with the messiness of life. Building connection. Amplifying voices of hope to illuminate a path toward living better together. What if we could do more of that?

It’s the little things. (and it turns out the little things are big things)

Don’t ever think your effort is too small to matter. Small things change the world. We asked students in Green Bay, Wisconsin, “When has someone shown you an act of kindness?”

Grateful for this morning’s conversation with Luke Moravia on Duluth’s 103.3 radio for his weekly Minnesota Reads feature.

“I learned that I am more willing to be uncomfortable than I realized. I learned that I am more willing to have difficult conversations. And I think I learned how to be more patient with difference.”
